Frank Elliott is a Hairdresser and Beauty Industry Educator with over thirty five years of experience. His industry titles have included: manufacturer’s technical representative, platform artist, competition artist, chief proctor for the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology, and salon owner.

Frank has taught Leadership, Career Development, and Personal and Professional Image Enhancement for industry, university, state, and federal government organizations for more than thirty years.
